The best way to apply to Hayworth is click "Download Application" link below to print off a copy of our paper application. You can also fill out an online application as well. Once completed you can send it in by e-mail, post or in person. If you schedule a tour, you may bring the application by in person at your scheduled time.

Hayworth does offer several discounts for tuition such as Multiple Students Discount, Hayworth Church Membership Discount, Referral Discount, and Emergency Services Discounts for qualifying families. (some exclusions and acceptations apply) One of the best sources of Tuition Assistance comes from the NC Opportunity Scholarship. This state funded scholarship expands school choice for eligible students in kindergarten through 12th grade. It covers tuition and required fees at a participating nonpublic school. Families can be awarded up to $3246 per student per semester ($6492 for 2023-24 school year).
